Partial rates may apply to qualifying senior citizens age 62 or older, qualifying blind or disabled persons, and qualifying low- or moderate-income housing. Supporting Form RTF-1 is generally required.
Calculator assumptions
The calculator applies the standard or partial RTF schedule based on total consideration. Amounts are computed in $500 units, rounding any fractional $500 unit upward. The graduated percent fee applies only when consideration is more than $1,000,000 and the property classification qualifies. This estimate does not determine legal eligibility for an exemption and does not include nonresident seller income-tax withholding, county recording charges, or controlling-interest transfer tax.
